LINE official account
The following instructions are from when the service was running. Covi is no longer maintained, and the LINE official account may not reply properly.
The LINE official account was developed for LINE, which most people already use, so that students and department assistants can look up records more quickly. After you add the official account, just send a message to look up records.
How to look up
- Send a student ID or name.
- You can also send just a keyword, such as the first few characters of a student ID or a department name; even two characters work.
- When you look up by student ID, letters aren’t case-sensitive.
- Results come back about 10–30 seconds after you send your message.
Compared with the website, LINE adds lookup by name.
Lookup results
LINE first replies with the total number of matching records, then lists them one by one under 「公差明細」 (Duty details), showing the student ID, name, reason, number of duties, and cleared duties. Field names are shown in both Chinese and Vietnamese. For what each field means, see Understanding lookup results. If the data is wrong, contact your department assistant or faculty.
