The following field descriptions are from when the service was running. For actual duty records and rules, the university’s dormitory services office takes precedence.

Fields

Each record represents one duty. On the website and LINE, field names are shown in both Chinese and Vietnamese; the table below lists the Vietnamese names used at the time.

Field	Vietnamese name	Description
Student ID	Mã sinh viên	The student’s ID number
Department	Khoa ngành	The student’s department
Name	Họ tên	The student’s name
Penalty month	Tháng xử phạt	The month in which the duty was incurred, as an ROC (Minguo) year/month (for example, 113/09)
Reason	Nguyên nhân	The date, time, and reason the duty was incurred
Dormitory rule	Nội quy kí túc xá	The corresponding dormitory rule
Number of duties	Số lần cần lao động	The number of duties to be performed
Cleared	Đã xóa lỗi	Duties that have been performed, reported by the department, and cleared

Multiple records

A student may have more than one duty record. The website lists them row by row in a table; LINE first replies with the number of matching records, then lists them one by one; the app and the Windows version show one record at a time, and you can page through them.

When there are no records

The app shows “Great job! No demerits!”

Incorrect data or “Cleared” not updated

A duty you’ve performed appears under “Cleared” only after your department assistant (or faculty) reports it. If the data is wrong, contact your department assistant or faculty.
