Frequently asked questions
Who is this platform for?
It mainly serves international students in Taiwan (most of them from Vietnam), offering health education content in both Traditional Chinese and Vietnamese. It’s also a research tool for a master’s thesis study.
Which languages are supported?
Traditional Chinese and Vietnamese (Tiếng Việt). You can switch at any time, and while reading you can also show Chinese and Vietnamese side by side.
Do I need to create an account?
No. The study is fully anonymous. The system generates an 8-character anonymous code that’s used to match your pre-reading and post-reading questionnaires.
Can I continue on a new phone or computer?
Yes. In the research information and consent form (shown as 「研究告知同意書」 on screen), select I already have a code (joined on another device) (shown as 「我已有代碼(曾在其他裝置參加)」 on screen), then enter your anonymous code to continue.
What data is collected, and how long is it kept?
According to the research information and consent form, the platform doesn’t collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, student ID number, or ID document number. Research data (such as questionnaire answers) is used only for that thesis study, is stored on servers in Taiwan, and will be destroyed within 5 years after the thesis defense. For full details, refer to the consent form on the platform.
Can I leave partway through?
Yes. You can leave at any time by closing the window, with no negative consequences.
Can the content be used as medical advice?
No. The learning materials were written with AI assistance and checked against official sources, and they don’t replace professional medical advice. If you feel unwell or there’s an emergency, call an emergency number (such as 119) or see a doctor right away.
Is there an app?
The iOS and Android apps are still in development and haven’t been released yet. For now, please use the web version (see iOS and Android).
