Today Dashboard

Today is made up of cards, and you can set each card’s period, vehicles, chart type, and size.

Edit the dashboard

1. Tap Edit Dashboard in the top-right corner to add, remove, and drag to reorder cards, or to apply a template.
2. Tap a card to set:
   • Period and Compare (with the previous period or with the same period last year); a card can also follow the settings of the whole dashboard
   • Vehicle (all vehicles, or just one or a few)
   • Chart Type and Size (S/M/L/XL; the available options depend on the metric)
3. Tap Done to save.

On Today, you can also touch and hold a card to change its size or remove it from the dashboard directly. Restore Defaults deletes the custom dashboard for this type of device and switches to a template chosen for your role.

Metrics and templates

• Combine 28 metrics freely, including trips, mileage, fuel efficiency, costs, due dates, and utilization.
• Choose from 5 templates: Admin, Driver, Maintenance, Host, and Minimal.

Layout

The dashboard automatically arranges cards in 1, 2, 4, or 6 columns based on the available width: phones show fewer columns, and iPad, Mac, and Android tablets can show 4 or 6. When the system text size is set very large, the dashboard switches to 1 column.

Sync and backup

• iPhone, iPad, and Mac: Dashboard settings sync through iCloud to your other devices on the same Apple Account (phones, tablets, and Mac each keep their own copy). After you update from 7.0, your existing dashboard layout is kept.
• Android: Dashboard settings are stored on the device and don’t sync through iCloud.

Dashboard settings are also included in backups.
