Reports and export

Export PDF or CSV reports to share, print, or save to a location you choose.

Export a report

  1. Open Report Export (on a phone, it’s under More; on iPad, Mac, and Android tablets, it’s under Analytics & Reports in the sidebar), then choose a purpose template.
  2. Set filters: period, vehicle, driver, cost center, and module.
  3. Select the content sections to include and put them in order.
  4. Preview the actual output live.
  5. Choose PDF or CSV. For PDF, you can choose A4 portrait or landscape.
  6. Tap Share, Print (PDF), or Save to Files.

Report templates

Monthly Operations, Vehicle, Cost Analysis, Compliance & Due Date, Driver Activity, and Repairs & Work Orders.

Formats

FormatDetails
PDFVector output with searchable text; automatic pagination in A4 portrait or landscape, with headers repeated and page numbers on every page, and subtotals on each page when a table spans pages; approval signature fields and a draft watermark can be added
CSVUTF-8 (with BOM), so Excel opens Chinese text correctly; row 1 holds the column names, and dates use ISO format (for example, 2026-10-15); values that begin with =, +, -, or @ are automatically protected so they aren’t treated as formulas; trip details can be imported again with Data Import

From a trip’s Route Playback, you can also choose Export KML, Export GeoJSON, or Add to Calendar (ICS). Vehicle, driver, maintenance, work order, inspection, and parts lists can also be exported as CSV.

Share and save

  • Share opens the system share sheet.
  • Save to Files lets you choose where to save the file; on Android, it uses the system file picker.

Permissions

The Driver and Viewer roles can’t export. In multi-user setups, have an admin export reports.
