Global search

Tap the search button at the top of Today to search vehicles, drivers, locations, trips, work orders, and parts all at once.

In Trip Records, you can save the filters you use most as a view (Save View) and switch to it at any time.

Dispatch Timeline

The Dispatch Timeline shows dispatches as “vehicles × time”:

• Switch between Day, 3 Days, and Week views.
• Colors distinguish In Use, Done, Request, and Work Orders, and schedule conflicts are marked.
• On wide screens such as iPad, Mac, and Android tablets, standby vehicles are listed at the top. Drag a standby vehicle onto the timeline to create a dispatch.

On narrower screens such as phones, the schedule for the same period appears as a list grouped by vehicle, with conflicts marked in the same way. Vehicles with nothing scheduled can be dispatched right away with Dispatch.

To open it, tap Show Dispatch Timeline in the top-right corner of Operations. On iPad, Mac, and Android tablets, you can also open it from the sidebar, and on phones, from More.

Calendar

The calendar marks each day’s dispatches, refueling, battery swaps, and due dates on a monthly view. Tap a date to see that day’s trips and due items.
