Fleet list

Vehicle Status Center in Fleet lists every vehicle with its status (in use, due soon or overdue, days idle) and the distance or days left until its next maintenance.

• Filter by All, Needs Attention, or In Use, and sort by Needs Attention, Plate, or Mileage This Month.
• When you have more than 5 vehicles, you can search by plate, custodian, or make.
• The vehicle list can also be exported as CSV.

Vehicle Status Center

Tap a vehicle to see its readings, due dates, maintenance items, recent trips, open work orders, and latest inspections. On wide screens such as iPad, Mac, and Android tablets, the vehicle’s details appear right next to the list.

• You can tap Return or Dispatch This Vehicle right from here, or tap Export Report to open Report Export.
• You can switch the period of the readings, which include total mileage, trip count, total cost, utilization, average fuel efficiency (swap rate for electric vehicles), and total cost of ownership (TCO).

Vehicle and driver details

Record	What you can record
Vehicle	Plate number, custodian, vehicle type (car/motorcycle), powertrain (gasoline/hybrid/electric), make, year, vehicle identification number (VIN), photo, and due dates for vehicle inspection, compulsory insurance, and optional insurance
Driver	Name, license number, license expiry date, phone, notes

Once you enter due dates, the app reminds you before they come due (see Reminder Center and notifications). Vehicle Compliance shows the due status of each vehicle’s inspection, compulsory insurance, and optional insurance, along with driver’s license expiry, in one place (overdue, within 30 days, or not set).
