macOS
Requires macOS 26 or later. Mac is the office console: record tables, reports and export, backups, and data import.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Layout | A single sidebar layout; trip records can switch between List and Table |
| Controls | Menu commands, keyboard shortcuts, and the menu bar panel |
| Reports | Dashboard, reports and export, backups, and data import |
| Windows | Rearranges at any window size, with support for ultrawide displays |
| Dispatch Timeline | Shows dispatches as “vehicles × time” and marks schedule conflicts |
| Multi-user sync | Can act as the local network host |
Mac doesn’t record routes or offer OBD-II vehicle diagnostics. Use these two features on iPhone, iPad, or an Android device.
Menu bar panel
Click the FleetDispatch icon in the menu bar to check on things and take action without switching to the main window:
- Trips in progress (plate, elapsed time, driver, and route), with Return to return a vehicle right from the panel
- Trip requests pending approval (on the host)
- New Dispatch, This Month’s Report, and Lock when App Lock is on
- Open Main Window and Quit FleetDispatch

Act as the multi-user host
Mac, iPad, and Android tablets can all act as the host, so clients such as drivers’ iPhones and Android phones can pair and connect on the same local network. For setup, see Multi-user sync.
Reports and backups
You can share report and backup files or save them to a location you choose. To export PDF or CSV reports, create encrypted backups, or import data on Mac, see Reports and export and iCloud sync, backup, and restore.
