Version information comes from the official version history on the App Store and the release information on Google Play, with the newest version listed first. Release dates are shown in Taiwan time (UTC+8). iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch share a single app; update it through the App Store. Update the Android version through Google Play.
8.0
FleetDispatch 8.0 is a complete rebuild with a new design. The first time you open it, your 7.0 data and settings come along automatically.
New features and improvements
- All-new design: iPhone, iPad, and Mac share one consistent interface, and Apple Watch, widgets, and Live Activities are redesigned to match.
- Every feature stays: Today Dashboard, dispatch and return, Vehicle Status Center, Reminder Center, Dispatch Timeline, work orders, inspections, parts, trip requests and approvals, reports, team sync, in-car use, and Siri.
- iCloud sync works differently and doesn't connect with 7.0: devices on the same Apple Account sync with each other only after they are all on 8.0. Please update your iPhone, iPad, and Mac together.
- Apple Watch now gets its data from your paired iPhone instead of syncing with iCloud on its own, and shows when it was last updated.
- Maps now use OpenStreetMap data from OpenFreeMap.
- The Help Center now shows articles from the INSTW docs center (instw.org), with a built-in offline copy for when you're not connected.
- Choose the app language right in the app.
- Team sync over your local network still works with 7.0 and 6.0 devices, and backups work with 7.0 in both directions.
- Some screens and settings have moved in the new design. If you can't find something, search the Help Center.

8.0 (Android)
FleetDispatch is now on Android, for phones and tablets running Android 8.0 or later.

FleetDispatch 7.0 is a complete redesign. All your data and settings are kept.
New features and improvements
- New KEIKI design: appearance is now Light, Dark, or Auto, and 6.0 themes convert automatically. A new app icon replaces the alternate icons.
- Customizable Today Dashboard: 28 metrics and 5 templates, synced through iCloud.
- Vehicle Status Center, fleet list, and Reminder Center: everything about a vehicle on one page, and everything that needs attention in one list.
- Search across the app, plus saved views in Trip Records.
- Dispatch Timeline (iPad and Mac): vehicles across time, with conflicts marked and drag-to-dispatch.
- New report engine: pick a template, filter the content, preview it live, then export PDF or CSV.
- CarPlay support: trips, quick dispatch, to-dos, and locations.
- Widgets: configurable metric and Lock Screen widgets, plus a Quick Depart control in Control Center. The Live Activity and Dynamic Island add a Return button.
- Apple Watch: new Today and To Do screens, and a redesigned trip-in-progress screen.
- Notifications & Sounds: a new sound, Fleet Pulse, and separate receive and sound settings for five notification types. If you're upgrading from 6.0, your notification sound stays the same until you change it.
- Safer team sync: paired devices reconnect with a signed device key, and large data sets are sent in parts. 6.0 devices still work alongside 7.0.
- Onboarding, Sample Mode, a What's New in 7.0 tour, and a Help Center.
- Importing, backups, and clearing OBD trouble codes are now limited to admins.

FleetDispatch 6.0 is a complete redesign:
New features and improvements
- New look: 8 themes, each with light and dark appearance and readable contrast throughout.
- Switchable layouts: 3 on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and 2 on Apple Watch. Switching keeps what you are editing.
- New Mac app with a sidebar workspace and menu bar quick actions; it can act as the host for team sync.
- New Home Screen widgets for iPhone and iPad, and Live Activities in the Dynamic Island.
- Choose the vehicle when you depart; the starting odometer is filled in automatically, with better required-field and mileage checks.
- New "Record this trip's route" switch on the departure screen: the GPS route is recorded in the background during the trip and stops automatically when it ends.
- Safer teamwork: compare a security code before entering the PIN; drivers see only their own trips and viewers can't see drivers' personal details; the host can assign a driver to each device.
- Departures, returns and approvals on Apple Watch are now carried out by your iPhone, with the same permissions and sync.
- Upgraded backup format that keeps relationships between records and includes trip requests; older backups can still be restored.
- Redesigned holiday touches with region selection; memorial days are shown quietly.
- Accessibility: VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and keyboard support.
