If you run into a problem or want to suggest a feature, email fleetdispatch@instw.org. We’ll reply by email.

What to include

• The app version (see Settings → About in the app)
• Your device model and OS version (for example, iPhone, iOS 26; an Android phone, Android 15)
• What happened and the steps you took; include screenshots if needed

Please don’t include sensitive fleet data in your email, such as drivers’ license numbers or complete trip records.
