1. Scope of license​

The FleetDispatch app is available for download through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and TestFlight. Upon download and installation, YucDu grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.

2. Service content​

This service includes the released version, available through the App Store and Google Play, and the beta version, available through TestFlight (while the beta is open). The beta version may contain unfinished features or existing defects, and users are advised to test it outside of production environments.

3. Data responsibility​

Users are responsible for backing up their own important data. YucDu is not liable for data loss caused by device damage, user error or third-party factors.

4. Disclaimer​

This service is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranty as to fitness for any particular purpose, reliability or accuracy.

5. Changes to these terms​

These terms may be revised as features are updated; the latest version announced on the official INSTW website shall prevail.
